Reflexology
a complement therapy based on the principle that specific points on the feet, hands and ears correspond to different organs and systems within the body. Applying targeted pressure to relax points with the aim of promoting relaxation, improving circulation, reducing stress and supporting the body's natural healing processes.
Hot Stones
Hot stone therapy is a holistic treatment that uses smooth, heated basalt stones placed on specific points of the body to promote deep relaxation and balance. The warmth of the stones helps to relax the muscles, increase circulation and ease tension allowing the therapist to work more effectively on deeper layers of tissue.
Dry Needling
This is a technique that involves inserting very fine, sterile needles into specific trigger points within muscles to relieve pain and reduce tension. Unlike traditional Chinese acupuncture, dry needling is based on modern anatomical and neurophysiological principles, targeting tight bands of muscle that may be causing discomfort of restricted movement.
