EMS Training

Hi my name is Edd I'm the owner of EddCourt PTI LTD, I am a level 4 qualified personal and EMS trainer I also work holistically this is due to the type of training I provide.

I've always been into sport and exercise throughout my life, it was only when I suffered a stroke 18yrs ago that I came to realise how important life and balance is. It was 2 long year's for me to recover, during this time I made a big life choice. What direction did I want to proceed in life, So I chose to become a personal trainer, being able to help those that struggle and fully understand all types of difficulties we have to achieve in our personal goals

I'm now 52 years old I have covered all elements of training and life coaching, I am a level 4 personal trainer and nutrition advisor, I work with mental health having lived the experience, studio work is based on functional movement to help strength and conditioning, all clients are tracked and guided through their journey with me.
